Dev Hours
Time spent on the server while it was in development mode. Separate from duty hours by design.
When a developer puts the server into development mode, normal duty logging stops and everyone online has their time recorded here instead. Anyone can build up dev hours just by being on during that work. They do not count toward your official time in game and they do not count as time active in a department.

Dev time counts ACTIVE seconds only; time flagged AFK is excluded, which is why this can read lower than wall-clock time on the server. Members are keyed on the Discord account that was connected.
